So for a few week I have been working out my puzzles for 1hr and I got 1000+ more rating. Do you think it’s good?

Raiding puzzles rating is good, as it shows you're better at finding this kind of stuff. Now go and apply it to real games. Just pay attention to not blunder pieces in the process of trying to find tactics.
