I've heard it some where it's within 200-300; chess.com higher than your FIDE.

I have played in many tournaments over the years, and I have played a lot of games (mostly rapid) here on chess.com. I have to say that the two match up pretty closely. Now, my daily is about 250 points higher than my rapid, and I'm pretty sure that if I slowed down and played no faster than 15/10, my rating here on chess.com would be quite comparable to my OTB rating.
