No, I never said time controls are useless. Just for your development it's better to avoid Blitz and Rapid for now. Doesn't mean you should play without a time control.

I'm glad that you can feel better by discussing someone's online rating. Problem with online rating is: it is not real nor it is credible. My online rating or listed games tell nothing about my actual chess powers.
