I know i need to control the center of the board by moving my pawns knights and bishops but i never know where and what pieces to move next. I played kings gambit i think an straight away i was losing and before i knew it he had more pieces than me. I'm so frustrated, i tried the van geet opening, the london system, kings pawn opening but i lost with each opening i played, after i move for kings gambit for instance pawn to e4, then what do i play or the vant geet opening, after i play knight to C3, what do i move next, its different every time. i feel frustrated.

Hi i want to play the kings pawn opening but the tutorials on here are confusing because they show alsorts of kings pawn moves. After i play pawn to e4 and black moves to e5, whats my next move?
