I want to piggyback on this, I know a lot of people prefer it when someone posts a game for them to post a bit about what they were thinking so people can see why they were wrong.
I imagine you have so many questions you would like to ask. You may try being process oriented rather than results oriented, this will change the way you view losses. Make sure you spend enough time on puzzle trainer. I teach chess for a living for the last 10 years, if you decide to get a personal coach, do not hesitate to message me for more information.
