Looking for specific study plans

I don’t know if this is too much to ask for, but I’m wondering if there are any higher rated players that could take a look at my profile and provide any feedback about what i can do to improve.

I’ve been trying to improve but keep getting stuck around the mid 200 ratings (embarassing i know).

Just looking for any specific suggestions as i really don’t know what i should really focus on to get better.
