When I won it said rapid rating -6

What game are you referring to?

Actually, it seems to be a bug with changing the time control.

That -6 rating points is from your previous blitz game, but it must have bugged out and displayed the wrong rating calculation.

You should report the bug to Chess.com Staff

It happened to me recently as well. It is false positive. It shows that you lost points and it also eventually shows wrong rating at all. But in reality, it adds something.
