Multiple blunders and mistakes on my end. I blame myself. I review the game learn how much of an idiot and a genius my opponents are get depressed and then the cycle continues. Any tips for losing streaks and breaking the cycle?

Try some of the advice from the last time you asked the question on September 15th:

Everyone told you to play slower time control chess and you didn't even try one game at a control slower than 3 minutes.

Not even one.

A constant steady diet of speed chess. Asking the same question over and over. Refusing to follow any advice given about slowing down. Yea... This is never seen here. Play ultra bullet. Keep asking how to improve. Within 6 months you'll be challenging for the world title.
