I'm also ona losing streak and just tired of it. 😂😂It all depends. On my ups and downs i can see now that i reached my more or less correct bullet rating of around 2050 points. I stopped playing now for today cause i dont feel motivation, im not happy with that result and i actually dont really care if i would drop 100 more points now cause the rating is already messed up. If i realize im in that mode, i stop immidiatly.
Losing Streaks

Hi! My name is Lauren Goodkind and I’m a respected chess coach and chess YouTuber based in California:

I've been on a losing streak too! I think it happens to a lot of people. Eventually, the losing streak has to eventually end. I wouldn't worry about the losing streak.
I believe what matters is to play your best and have fun! And don't worry about rating points.

Ar first glance it looks like all your recent games were pretty close, in most of them accuracy for both players is roughly even. You probably are not being outclassed, just losing a couple of games that could go either way.
Since you play daily, I recommend writing down all candidate moves you considered and why you chose the move you end up playing. It makes your game analysis afterwards more valuable and it drastically reduces the chance of completely overlooking the best move

You asked what it is you are doing that is causing you to lose. As a general observation, you are playing well, pretty much in line with your rating.
In the last few games you played the Silician defense as black, which is not an easy opening to master and it’s obvious you are not fully aware with the setups you are looking for. But when looking at your full opening repertoire you probably are experimenting a little bit, as you play mostly other lines like the Caro-Kann.
Your main challenge is that you play without a plan. This is not expected at your rating, but in daily chess games you might have an opportunity to work on that. A plan doesn’t have to be highly sophisticated, just try to see if you can formulate a plan for more than a few moves. While also considering your opponents plan.
I happened to stumble upon an older game of yours, from august, that is the perfect illustration of what I mean. It was a very entertaining game to look at. I’ll just point out a few highlights, but I highly recommend going over this game in detail and think about what you want to achieve and what your opponent wants to achieve. It applies also to your recent games.
Does anyone else go on long losing streaks? Any advice on how to break them or insights into what might cause them? Right now I am in the midst of a 7 game losing streak. It is incredibly frustrating to see all that red piling up and not know what I am doing that is causing me to lose so frequently.
