Try to do lots of puzzles and to pay more attention at EVERY move, that's all you can do. Lichess have unlimited puzzles for free
Losing streaks and silly mistakes

After checking a couple of your games, my advice is to play longer time formats and to play a bit slower. You'll play better and learn more if you think more about your moves.
I recommend doing puzzles because it will help you see tactics, opportunities and threats faster. But you should also play slower and think more about each move before you play it. There's an article on my blog that explains the (very) basics of decision making in chess. In your recent games, I found plenty of examples where you seem to skip the decision making process entirely. Not only do you miss the best move, you also miss why your move is not a good move.
For example
- Game vs nphoffma. After 5. Ba5. What other moves did you consider? Why did you think Bxa5 was best? Next move, after 6 Qf6. Did you consider saving your Bishop? What was the reason for playing 7. e4? What other moves did you consider?
- Game vs lostfoundpoet. After 20. bxc6, you play 20. Qxc6 almost instantly. If you revisit the position and take the time to compare Nxc6 and Qxc6. Would you still play Qxc6?
Hope this helps. Good luck!

Improving at chess can be quite challenging, but there are various ways to enhance your skills.
For those looking to improve without coaching, here's some valuable advice:
1. Play Frequently: The more you play, the better you'll become at recognizing patterns and making strategic decisions.
2. Analyze Your Games: Review your past games to identify mistakes and areas where you can improve. This self-analysis is a powerful learning tool.
3. Focus on Tactics: Tactics play a crucial role in chess. Spend time solving tactical puzzles and exercises to sharpen your tactical skills.
4. Learn from Masters: Studying grandmaster games can provide insights into advanced strategies and tactics.

I have no idea, but the more I play after I do blunders (and I'm fully aware of them after moving) the more loses I get. The main issue I have is that I can make good plays but then I make a blunder that ruins the Game. For example, in the last Game I trapped the enemy's Queen but later on the Match I forgot to move the rook so I blundered an important piece and My Queen was left there doing nothing. In another Game I was winning but I blundered a mate un one in My last move. Also, sometimes I don't realize the opponent can do a mate in one that can easily be defended. Like I get the principales but those mistakes ruin My games
