i always get opponent who do d5, should i use push mi king pawn or develop some pieces or maybe defend the thing

but i usually respond by defending the thing, i usually do this

e4 d5 exd is most common in Scandinavian defense. e4 d5 d3? dxe dxe Qxd1 is good for black.

After e4 d5 you can take take the pawn, they'll recapture with their queen, and you can play Nc3.
