I'm sure I have more faults than these but personally I've noticed that I fall victim to tunnel vision leading me to overlook basic moves and I end up blundering in nearly all of my games at some point. To be honest I hardly even make it to the endgame. Anyone have suggestions on limiting or avoiding tunnel vision/Blunders. I try and use a simple hierarchy like checks, captures, attacks but i'll find my opponent doing something I didn't even consider leading to things falling apart.
