Need Clarification on Basics
Continuation on previous post: As I play white I win considerably good, but when I play black my winning percentage is too low, compared to white. I've been working on not only puzzles, but also daily puzzles, lessons on chess game, participating in tournaments etc., Please clarify/Advice me regarding this situation🙏🏻 Thanking you.
And also I'm bit fearful on moving new pieces, i move only for defending the position even when I play white, I want to attack and play the pieces. Thanks
Dont play speed chess if you are low rated. You should focus to build the habit of going through some checklist before each move.
Check out IMBacon profile and read his premoves checklist there (and some other useful information as well).

"I've playing Normal 10 mins chess games and 1 min bullet game" 1|0 bullet is too fast for you. 10|0 is not bad, but 15|10 is better.
"I still getting out on simple checkmate"
Always check your intended move is no blunder before you play it.
"As I play white I win considerably good, but when I play black my winning percentage is too low, compared to white." That is normal.
"I've been working on not only puzzles, but also daily puzzles, lessons on chess game, participating in tournaments etc." That is good.
"And also I'm bit fearful on moving new pieces" Do not move the same piece twice.
Its one of the user here. Here is some information I take from his profile page with a bit modification:
Pre Move Checklist:
1. Make sure all your pieces are safe.
2. Look for forcing moves: Checks, captures, threats. You want to look at ALL forcing moves (even the bad ones) as this will force you look at, and see the entire board.
3. If there are no forcing moves, you then want to remove any of your opponent’s pieces from your side of the board.
4. If your opponent doesn’t have any of his pieces on your side of the board, then you want to improve the position of your least active piece.
5. After each move by your opponent, ask yourself: "What is my opponent trying to do?"
Opening Principles:
1. Control the center squares – d4-e4-d5-e5
2. Develop your minor pieces toward the center – piece activity is the key
3. Castle
4. Connect your rooks
5. Study tactics
Middlegame Planning:
1. Expand your position:
- Gain more space.
- Improve the position of your pieces.
- Decide on what side of the board to play (Queenside: a-c files, Center: d-e files, Kingside: f-h files)
2. Compare, space, material, and weakness(es)
3. Play where you have the advantage.
4. DO NOT HURRY. Regroup your pieces, and be patient
