Hi there i have no sound on chess.com when i move my pieces, there is nothing wrong with my other videos and such that make noise and my chess.com settings are set on sound on, please help me get sound back thank you

When analyzing the chess game I have no sound, does anyone know why? Is this normal? What can I do to get my sound back?

I have had this issue on and off for more then a year now. I will contact support. The issue will resolve, and then return. Sounds are turned on in the app, and work in every other app, and site. Looking at the dozens of posts, it obviously is not just me. It used to occur in my old phone. I purchased another, and the problem remains. I rely on the sounds to notice when someone has made a move, and low time warnings. The issue is obviously on chess.com servers.
