Need help in thought process!

I sometime mess up my calculations in live games, essentially when it comes to sharp moves in middle game. So, can anyone help me with my thinking ideas like what are the strategical or tactical ideas I need to follow? Also, what are the key factors in endgame?
Every advice is appreciated

Those are kind of complex subjects.
It looks like you are at the 600 level in blitz. It seems to me that your calculations should be limited to asking a couple of questions:
- What was my opponent's last move?
- Did it make a threat to capture any of my pieces or attack my king?
- Is my king safe?
- Are all of my pieces working? Are they developed?
- Are any of my opponent's pieces hanging.
Things like that are well covered in the lessons for beginners.
I enjoyed the Building Habits series of videos by GM Aman Hambleton of the Chessbrah's.
