The bot wasn't programmed to be a challenge, it was programmed to play like a "strong-ish beginner" that plays with the queen a lot (as a lot of beginners do) and give you a chance to practice against these kind of players (which beginners often fall victim to because they don't know how to punish early frequent queen moves)
But I know, reading the bot's description definitely is a challenge for some people....
And while it may not be a challenge if you're somewhat experienced, for a beginner it can be.
