Ноw to win in the end of the game.

Or maybe it's that bowl of fluffy white rice?

But since not long ago suddenly I open one principle which helps me to be more successful in the Chess endings.
This principle is very simple. It's like two and two make four.
Just push your pawns forward. And let your King follow them.
waiiiiit so the secret of all endgames is just to play the bongcloud? i can't believe it!

By the way my endgame sucks (especially rook and pawn). I can't be of any real assistance here.
Bryan, mine sucked very much too... as I wrote in my post.

Yes, just without the queens, rooks, bishops, knights and several pawns.

Test my principal... okey ? And then tell me... does it work or not ? )

i agree with your that a: the king is a powerful piece in the endgame and b: the pawns are critical in the endgame as queening chances increase. even though the king is not usually given points value it is sometimes considered to be worth 4 points in some endgames.

Wow ! Unbelievable.
"In 2018 Nakamura played the Bongcloud three times against GM Levon Aronian during the Chess.com Speed Chess Championship, winning one of the three games.
Nakamura also played the Bongcloud against GM Vladimir Dobrov and GM Wesley So during the 2019 Speed Chess Championship, winning both of those matches".

My problem was that in some Chess endings I didn't know simply what to do... what piece to move forward.
It's very complicated matter.

Okey, people.
I'll give you one example what I am speaking about.
In this game, when it came to the ending, I recalled that my simple principle I described above.
I pushed my pawns ahead, and at once I won.
I know why you smile... You smile because my principle doesn't work for high level and high class players.
But I write it not for high level players ! I wrote it for the beginners.
Look at the link to the game I mentioned. Chess: b3r00000 vs korotky_trinity - 8309021101 - Chess.com
Sorry that I don't know how to post the image of it.

Despite my endgame deficiencies I can assure you in an endgame such as this up a pawn with a passed pawn, beginner or Grandmaster, the most likely winning method would either involve attempting to promote that passed pawn or at least use it as a decoy to infiltrate the remaining pawns.
Job well done!
Usually I did lose in the end of almost every my game if I couldn't checkmate an opponent's King before... or gain big advantage in the middlegame.
But since not long ago suddenly I open one principle which helps me to be more successful in the Chess endings.

Just push your pawns forward. And let your King follow them.
Of course, do it with big care but try to realize this strategic idea though.
Every step of your pawns forward is your new step to the victory in the game.
In this case there is risk that you lose the game, of course. But if you reject this plan and maneuver only your minor pieces... Knights, Bishops, Rooks... without pushing King and pawns ahead... then there will be more possibility that you lose.
I hope that my practical advice helps all beginners.
