So my fav player is Hikaru. I'm American too. He's still young enough and healthy but you see him late night games and he seems to be a fan of junk food(no offense) so am I. A nutritionist, some cardio, vitamins. Supposed to be more focused, less fog, think quicker, and recover faster? If I were a real player I'd look for an edge anywhere.
