Playing as Black is Impossible
It is an advantage being White because White gets the first move and so as Black you tend to be responding to what White is doing.
However!
I would say it is only an advantage when the players are evenly matched. The way to go from 100 ELO to say 500 ELO is not to get too hung up on playing with Black or White and just focus on improving.
The basic principles for beginners are the same regardless of whether you're playing as Black or White. So I'd recommend just learning basic chess principles. There are some excellent Chess channels on Youtube with loads of tutorials aimed at players of all levels.

Are my 3 that I regularly watch but there are many more if those 3 aren't to your taste.
A couple of days later, you are checkmated again by the same cheapo. You have spent 4 seconds to play 5...Nc6 which allows mate in one, and this means that you do play carelessly, and also you don't analyse the games you have played.
It has nothing to do with Black and White. You are a beginner, and you need to put in some effort to improve.
I've been trying to get better, I try to play at least 1 game per day. And heck, I bought diamond rank so I can review every game I've done and try out some puzzles (that probably taught me nothing).
You've done a grand total of 60 puzzles that took a combined total of 42 minutes. That really isn't a lot.
If you commit to doing say 5-10 puzzles per day (or more if you have the time) you will gradually start training your brain to spot patterns
But there also has to be an enjoyment factor to it. If you enjoy solving puzzles and enjoy getting your puzzles rating higher and higher then that's great. But if you just view it as a chore or "homework" then it's probably just a waste of time.
That goes for all the advice you've been given on this thread. Take it or leave it. It takes a bit of effort to get from 200 to 300 to 400 to 500..... and so on and if you don't enjoy it then don't worry about it and just have fun playing at whatever level you're at.
There's lots of great advice and tips out there but no-one can learn it for you. So either just be content with where you are and have fun or put in some real effort to improve
When I was younger, I found Black very uncomfortable to play. So I forced myself to play from the Black side only for 6 months - no games as White. I learned to love playing the Black pieces, as a result. Figured a lot of things out.
So: you've identified your weakness. Now turn it into your strength.
For me it doesn't matter if I'm white or black, my winning percentage as white is only slightly higher than with black (blitz). I don't fear the opponent when they play as white. Just try playing like I do: no expectation, just trying to have fun, go on adventures, try something new even if it results in a heavy loss.
To me losing sometimes is sexy, I have no problem losing, often I play until checkmate to enjoy it as long as possible. Results are irrelevant to me. I have no ambition or the time or the will to get better. It's not like as if I could earn money with chess, I also don't see why I should try to get my elo as high as possible. I'm very comfortable in the 400-500 blitz range.
Also at my blitz level, white or black isn't that much of a difference as it can be at higher levels.
Stop thinking of playing Black as an enormous disadvantage, in reality you are only disadvantaged by 1 tempo. Unless you and your opponent are both seriously good players a 1 tempo disadvantage in the opening is quite recoverable...any random move, mistake or inaccuracy by your opponent and you're at least back on level terms.
Even Grandmasters may not have an easy time realizing an advantage of two points, if its purely positional. This is a measurement of Stockfish and humans stand no chance against Stockfish.
The advantage that white gets over black is just a half point. Yes it still has an effect, but its not a big one.
I win all the time with black, and lose all the time with white. Its no biggie.
I am currently learning the sicilian with black. Its pretty fun to play it imo. But my winrate with black is not as high as white for sure. I think you should learn one or two solid openings with black and just stick with it
I would just prioritize protecting your king and pieces to survive to the middle game, at least at your level.
Nowadays, doesn't matter if I'm black or white, I will lose anyway
