Take a quick look at your games from a few weeks or months ago. You've improved.
That's exactly what I just did after a few days of feeling like I was going nowhere, and boy howdy have I improved in the past two weeks. I'm still not anywhere close to GOOD, but I don't seem to blunder my queen (as much). Now I just have to work on hanging the rest of my material.
