Is anyone going to answer my question? How do you become a GM in 1 week?
You cannot become a GM in a week !! It takes years of practice and perfection !!

"To become a grandmaster is very difficult and can take quite a long time! ... you need to ... solve many exercises, analyse your games, study classic games, modern games, have an opening repertoire and so on. Basically, it is hard work ... It takes a lot more than just reading books to become a grandmaster I am afraid." - GM Artur Yusupov (2013)

You opponent will get confused, frightened, and overwhelmed by the lead in development and the attack you will have as a result, and will blunder the advantage right back at you. Or if your opponent is good, they will rightly punish you for playing gambits rather then sticking to solid moves and a long term plan.
after i studied my chess games and classical chess games and watched very good chess tactics videos and analyzied the positions in them and compared the computers understanding against mine and rarely my understandings were better than the chess.com analyzing engine and after watching really informative videos of how to think in chess and lessons and doing tactics in those videos and it took 4 weeks for me to become a gm.
after that i didn't keep on using my previos method to get better and i became weeker in chess and became a week or strong intermediate after and than i used my method again and became a chess masterand than i became a strong intermediate and a week or 2 later i am a week intermediate and than a strong intermediate because i stoped studying and started again doing less studying and tactics.
i am not sure if i am an intermediate or a chess master now.
i play better in real life than online.
I am 100% positive you are not a GM or chess master for that matter
Of course not. He's one of those kids in middle School who acts cocky for weeks after he beats his friend at a single chess game.
Heres a provoking question? Which software is better? Why? Chessbase is recommended but if your not at that level, but want to step up your game what software would you get?
@Destroyer942 and RealUncleHam
i don't get over confident after winning a chess games, i know most of the time i win and sometimes i lose.
just because you don't believe i am chess grandmaster does not mean that i am not chess grandmaster.
i could be a chess grandmaster and you could doubt that even though it could be true.
its your opinion ,that i am not a chesss grandmaster.
@realuncleham
i put the fide title 1500 because i like the look of it
i could change it to 2000 and higher yet that doesn't mean that my fide rating is realy 2000 or higher
@destroyer941
based on the fact that i have preety good ability to calculate tactics and can see quicker way of checkmating me than my oppenunt whan i sometimes screw up.
leads me to believe i am a preety good player

Exactly, pretty good player and grandmaster are two different things.

Ever tried reading a Dvoretsky book? (He never managed to qualify for the GM title.)
”The second edition of DVORETSKY’S ANALYTICAL MANUAL by Mark Dvoretsky is must reading for any ambitious player rated over 2200. ..." - IM John Donaldson (2013)

Because of my fear of losing rating points I avoid games against stronger opponents and prefer to find opponents with a lower rating and a higher probability of winning. At the same time I don't mind losing against the computer because it doesn't deduct rating points from me. How can I not be so focused on my rating points? I have loved the game since my youth, but the rating games make me stress. Should I play unrated games? Any idea?
Do not play against peoples with 200 points above you;50 or 100 and you should be safe;and if you loose learn from it by analysing your games so you will feel it was not a waste of time!
Go in parameters and put a cap for your opponents...like +50 above you? or +100 but not more if you want to win more than loose lol
I am an adult beginner. What can't I achieve in chess and why?
nothing is unattainable with practice. However master/grand master might be tricky
I don't expect to find either tricky or difficult, why should they be?
The seer amount of time and energy needed makes it very difficult. Especially GM, only insanely good players in chess get the honor of having that title.
That's really interesting. Why does it take a long time to become a grand master? Is it a memorization thing, a type of mental conditioning or just travel time between games?
Do you think it should take a lot of time for anyone to become a master or a champion or whatever, or is it just the norm for an average joe or jane?
Is there anything preventing an adult beginner like me from playing chess as good as the legendary players, provided I have the right approach or enough talent, either now or in the near future?
A lot goes into becoming a GM its not just a name good or decent players get it's exclusively for the best. I forget who said it but some one has said it takes more time studying to become a GM than it does to become a doctor. And there is nothing preventing you from becoming a GM, however don't get your hopes up, so just do the best you can do.
Should a person who has excelled at everything they ever touched expect to become a famous, high end grand master or champion in chess?
LMAO
