can i reach 1600 by the end of the year? I think i’m still slightly underrated, I just might have to fix it since i see my mistakes the moments i move them.

It is good that you are able to spot your blunders before your opponent plays.

Sure 1600 before end of the year should be easy.

It's going to be a very large mountain to climb. Unlike tyxgc's thoughts, I don't think it's going to be that straightforward.

I am looking at your latest loss in rapid against someone who went up to 1357 in rating (though I acknowledge that using one game alone is inconclusive). In that game, you swapped pawns and pieces without realising that by move 27 White already had a large pawn mass at the centre of the board. I felt that your subsequent play was affected by this pawn mass and you ended up blundering a bishop later in the game.

Again, one game alone does not necessarily reflect your game play in general, but it could be something you could look into - be careful of exchanges which may lead to your opponent seizing the centre!

1400 is pretty obviously achieveable, but 1500 is a 50:50 scenario at the moment.

1600...likely next year, but what's more important is for you to build up a consistent rating gain in the long run. This means that you should be able to maintain the next bar of rating (eg, consistent 1400+ by the end of this year, consistent 1500+ next year and so on.)
