rating doesn’t fluctuate

When lose or draw, I can’t get past 1267. Do I have to upgrade for my rating to change as it should?

If you’re using the app, you go to play, then ‘new game’ (long orange button at bottom), then in ‘create new challenge’ there’s the option to toggle rated/unrated
Not on iPhone chess.com . No option for rated/unrated. I don’t know how to do it except to go on my stupid computer but I only play chess on my iPhone. Computer is for Twitching Botez.live

/ Since you want to play rated, just make sure the toggle is on for a rated game.
