I think best would be to keep playing and training seperate. When you play a game your focus should be there. That might be different if you play day long games. After all it's important to ask yourself how/why you missed the blunder and you might not know that anymore when you analyse 30 days later instead of right after the quick game ends. There might be some merit to resigning if the blunder is bad enough as there's not much to learn from a position where you're down a lot of material compared to a new game.

I would appreciate thoughts on if it is better to analyze your games for blunders after the games are over, or when/as they occur in the games? I have found that there are certain games where I make a blunder early in the game then play an additional 20 moves in an already defeated position. Curious on views around flagging these blunders in real time vs in post game analysis for a learning/training perspective. (Note that I am now playing vs bots and not using an engine vs live players). Thanks.
