Shorter than dailies

Is there anyway to play shorter than dailies but longer than rapid, like 6 hour per move or 12 hour? I normally have no problems with dailies but every so often I run into someone that takes 23 hours 55 minutes every single move and quite frankly I'm bored of the game before the opening has even finished

Nope. 
You can play a long live game, the longest non custom games are 45|45 and 1 hour per side.
There are no correspondence games shorter than 1 move per day.
6 hours per move? Better time your sleep

many daily players will move multiple times in a day, though. Some will not. You could try asking for players who will do so if they can (can't be enforced).
