Why is it called 15|10 min? Everything else is 10|10min or 3|3 min, Why is it 15|10 in my phone? Is it a Glitch? Is it only in my? Please help this Beginner..

I'm not sure if I get the question. 15+10 is 15 min total plus 10 seconds increment per move. What else should we call it?

That's the time + increment, like Sred said. There's also 5|2 if I'm not mistaken. The first number is the amount of minutes you get at the start, and the second number is how many seconds you get after making a move.
