not quite right.  Queen can't reach h7 from that position.

Instead of Qh7 which is impossible you use Qg8+.

After Kh8, why would I play Qg8+ when Qxa8# is mate?

This is actually my favorite checkmate it’s Nh6+ Kh8 Qg8 Rxg8 Nf7#
