Looking at a couple of your losses you are simply not seeing major threats against you, major material loss or mate. This can only be rectified by concentration and asking yourself before moving 'am I losing material?' You are playing fast games which will not help you to improve - when you were learning to drive did you immediately do 100kph? No, because you did not have the skills to control the car at this speed. The same is true of chess, you must give yourself time to think as a novice player.

When learning it is a good idea to play players around your level but also mix in a few games from some player a few hundred points higher. The games can be instructional (even if you lose) and it trains your brain to look for patterns at the level just above your current one. It is this rinse and repeat process that makes grandmasters wink.png
