Why can't I progress further, I am stuck at 1000 elo for months now, I feel like I am about to reach 1100 soon, then I start losing all the games and again I am down to 1000. What should I do in order to progress further in chess ?

Progress is not always linear and constant, sometimes there are periods of stagnation. Maybe that's why.

Or maybe you and I have reached our natural limit, to overcome which it would be necessary to study and work seriously, methodically, consistently and rationally. If you have the time and the will, good luck !

Eventually we all get "stuck", its called reaching your level, if you've been playing for any length of time then you're unlikely to get a great deal better (or worse) once this happens. Just play and enjoy playing, you should win as many as you lose in the long run because thats how the rating system works.

Getting hung up about the numbers is a sure recipe for frustration.

I can teach you EXACTLY how to think during the game (opening, middlegame and endgame). Your chess understanding will never be the same and you will improve a lot. I charge €35/h, but if you can’t afford too many lessons, don’t worry. I can teach you a lot in an hour. Here to help if you are interested.

If you want to study by yourself, read ‘Logical Chess’. It is really instructive book. You have it on youtube as well: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0eTB7oHeRgM&list=PLUrgfsyInqNa1S4i8DsGJwzx1Uhn2AqlT

In half a year, you played 30 puzzles and 0 lessons. This is not exactly the sign of someone who makes an effort to improve.

Also, look at this game:

Why would you resign in that position?

Actually I solve tactics puzzles in lichess and from some books. And you are right, I didn't see it, Bf3 solves the problem, my bad. I was so frustrated with my recent losses I thought it was going to be my another bad loss and I resigned. Thank you
