Stuck at 700
More puzzles.
No blitz or bullet.
Rapid 15|10 or longer.
Analyze the games and go through the mistakes and try to learn from those.
A couple beginner books like Seirawan’s ”Play Winning Chess” or Pandolfini’s ”Ultimate Guide To Chess” might help (at least they helped me).

Can anyone spare some time to give me some advice and help me improve I cant get past 700 elo.
Your rapid rating went up 129 points in the last 30 days. that is the opposite of "stuck".

Play through hundreds of instructive games on a real board, preferably at a slow pace. That will help you internalize where the pieces can move from certain squares, so instead of thinking about it, you simply see it. That alone will help you get a few hundred rating points better.

You should learn most important principles of a chess game. That will give you a solid understanding of a chess game and you will know what to do in every position. Then, you should optimize your calculation so you don't miss tactics in your games. Your rating will skyrocket. I can help you with all of this. Message me if you are interested.
click on Play > Custom > Open Challenges > and select a player that has a rating of 1000 or higher.
Your rating does not go down if you lose because your opponent's rating is a lot higher than yours.

This is a great thing to do, and your rating will not go down at all if you turn rated off.

I've seen a few similar threads of people being stuck at such-and-such rating.
Realistically, how quickly do ratings develop?
Can those with some experience give me rough estimates as to how long it takes the average player to go through the beginner rating milestones:
400-500
500-800
800-1000
1000-1200

I have no idea if these are average, faster or slower, but these are how long it took me:
400-500: 1 week from when I started playing chess
500-800: 5 more weeks (6 weeks from starting)
800-1000: about 2 months more (3,5 months from starting)
1000-1200: little less than a year more (just about a year and 3 months from the start).
1200-1371: 3 more months (pretty much one and a half years from starting. 1371 rapid is where I am at right now at the moment of writing this and also my peak rapid rating so far). This is just around the 95 percentile according to chess.com stats. so while it is still pretty much beginner level, it is still a fact that only 1/20 people playing on this site have a higher rapid rating. This gives me confidence that I am doing something right at least.
I will add that I came very close to both 1000 and 1200 milestones and dropped in rating some, before finally crossing them. My guess is there was some rating anxiety at play there as I was approaching these milestones.

I find that watching more youtube videos really helps me. Specifically, videos where GMs slowly breakdown their games.
I'm not a supper great chess player myself, but I always find it helpful when I do this.

To simply put it,
(don't get mad becuz I'm giving advice to someone who's higher rated than me, I am just don't play on chess.com as much as lichess, where I am 1000 rated).
Do puzzles. These will grow your calculation skills when looking at positions. They can also grow your tactic searching/finding skills.
You can also analyse games you have played. Look at the mistakes you made(in games where you have lost and/or won) and correct them in future games.
