losing to people using engines ruins my gaming experience,

When the site itself is cheating with the pairing system you can't expect its users to be fair...if i want to lose all the momentum i simply play with the computer at its highest and hardest 10th level...is there any human player that can beat that machine running on chess.com? Once you're playing on a multitasking machine , your opponent can use anything to kill your pleasure...If they use their machines to later claim they're grand masters based on a huge level they aquire this way, learning chess to play here becomes pointless. in itself..

The site is not cheating using the pairing system. The only reason you can't raise your rating is because you are having a bad day. Then when you have a good day, you say that it was rigged.

You just confirmed the usefulness of having both  the Fresh account and the Tired account happy.png

Look, you need to understand that having a higher rating does not make you better. You could just make an account and win against it and get a 3000 rating, but that does not make you 3000.

I do understand that.Yet you don't understand simple facts: The automatic pairing system will give so many underrated people to fight that you are going to play years to get to "morning" level....

So i tried this last game to play a little tiny bit like you, by moving a lot in the opening and i got into a clinch from which  i was simply lucky to get out ...That is why i try to disolve the table as quickly as possible so that i have less combinations to think of...When the opponent asked for a rematch i thought : No way...it was a nightmare to get out of your claws https://www.chess.com/live/game/5056244764

What do you mean by you played a bit like me?

I was just trying to help, but you are getting a bit cheeky now.

I am playing on a different level than anyone giving you advice here and it's a little disrespectful to talk to me like that.

More on that, you won't see everybody admitting  openly that they used more accounts to verify what i said.Do it yourself , make another account and play as fresh as possible for an entire morning and see what rating you can get  and prove me wrong! You don't have to tell it outloud like i did, just do it as thousands of others  already do it  in secret  for years  !

I wasn't trying to be disrespectful...You said that i have problems with my openings and the way i see it is that i rush to clear the table as quick as possible in the beginning to have less pieces to think about...compared with your last game i pointed where you moved a lot more around the opponents pieces  to see that board cleared.I thought that brilliant  players like you can understand simpler minds  like mine... And i said "a little tiny bit " like you...which in my language would be a very small part of a whole  in case i screw it with my english...I'm not native with english...you know that already by my flag i hope...

Princess_San

That doesn't make much sense. When I said you have problems with your openings I was just advising you to study opening theory. I already know my openings and don't understand why you keep coming back to my last game?

I will share it with you if that will help you see what I mean. What I played here is called the Studier Gambit. I was winning the game until the very end, but decided to flag my opponent once he had no more time left because it would ensure my win quicker.

Thank you, i already saw it...I found it fascinating, but i don't see the time controll so i don't know who lost too much time and when...From this point on i only see you losing , by trading very important pieces for  time probably...i can understand that , but i completely hate this type of gaming...there's no real spirit in it...

So now i play in the 800 league and i can swear there are way more better players than in the 1000 league which i think is due to both the fact that the 800 league is the entry point for most people registering on this site and also that people make new accounts on a regular basis, jut don't talk too much about it happy.png

firstsecon

Ha-HA, although i never got to be a 1200 league,  and just 1000 max with this account, when they find me difficult they send me a formerly 1200, diamond member  player labeled as 900 just because he lost some games when he was drunk or tired , even though i'm just 900 now...This is what fair play means to chess.com... send you tons of formerly high rated opponents to fight you when they feel you get a chance to go up just by a little bit. https://www.chess.com/live?#g=5066701735

firstsecon

Are there more underscored 1200 league players  sent to keep the 800 and 900 leagues in their place? Is this really the ELO sh...t?

firstsecon

I dropped to 800 ...then it took me 2 damn days to get to 1000 level and i know already that getting to 1100 is equally painful cause i've been there already...it's useless to keep an account for more than a week  or two as a beginner. You'll be given an unfair amount of opponents that you fight for nothing losing a lot of time on all sorts of cheaters, quiters or players that are actually way better than you . Unless you train for some tournament to get prepared for 100 consecutive games, or you're really a pro,  there's no reason to have an account for too long.I've seen one day that there were 45 000 new players registered in one day on chess.com.I bet that at least half of them just made again a new account , so you're fighting like a stupid in the 800 league with tons of better chess players that simply want to win their first 10 games to have a chance to fight at higher levels and have a superior experience. If a 1200 or 1300 league  bullet player enters my regular 10 min game where i'm 800-900 in all types of games  he's going to start as 800 too, but he's actually a 1200, so you shouldn't be given such a strong opponent while all you ever saw was 800 opponents.  I personally can't complain, i like to be check mated so i can learn something, but if some people only look for having fun...this is a tough subject round here happy.png Better be prepared for PAIN , not FUN!

Typewriter44

Just don't pay attention to your rating. If you are playing for fun, just play, and ignore ratings. You'll improve a lot faster if you just play without stressing about rating points.
