Tactics vs actual playing rating

Hi fellow chess.com community today i come with a question that i hope could help someone else too.

After two years (with some little breaks) of being part of chess.com community i realized the disparity between my results in the tactics trainer (~1700 ELO points) and my actual results playing in Rapid (~1100) and Blitz(~1000). I have never really focused my study in something in particular but i would like to know what should i look for in order to improve my chess game.

What’s your puzzle rush? Do puzzle rushes to review the lower rated puzzles. More important than getting high rated puzzles right 52% of the time is getting low rated ones 100% of the time.

No! It is not elo points. Tactics trainer points has nothing to do with any other rating so you can't compare. Other online ratings are also not elo points.
