This is the foundation for defending the wayward queen attack. I'm not sure why my diagram says white wins, because that clearly isn't the case. Black is a more developed, white hasn't exactly lost, but has at least let black equalize. Additionally, black can continue development with a dark square bishop fianchetto without much trouble and a pawn push to d4 may be an option soon too. Hikaru actually thinks that 2.Qh5 is very playable for white , and with the chess knowledge he has it probably is, but even he doesn't play it much. Very few other highly rated players do too. Generally speaking, moves that allow your opponent to defend and develop at the same time or attack with tempo and develop at the same time aren't good choices.
