Thinking Faster

Hello, im pretty much begginer at chess. I mean i know some openings and traps but it doesnt matter tbh. So, i struggle to think faster. Most games that i play are 10 minutes, and its enough for me, even tho i almost everytime have less time than my opponent. I tried playing blitz or bullet, because i thought i might improve my analysis process, but i did not helped. I was losing on time or because of dumb blunders. Any ideas how to improve my analysis and thinking process so i can play faster?

++ Does not matter. Only if you lose on time in a won position then you played too slowly.

++ Blitz and bullet are for fun, but do not help you improve.
"dumb blunders" ++ Always check your intended move is no blunder before you play it.

++ Analyse your lost games to learn from your mistakes.
"so i can play faster" ++ Playing faster is no aim in itself. You can play blitz and bullet after you get better at rapid games preferably 15|10.
