Maybe play 30min unrated so you don’t lose rating points and you can think longer

Well, I feel like playing games at all does not ‘untilt’.

I don’t like doing that. Stockfish is… much, much, much better than I.

I think they meant the bots on here (with all the different playing levels).

Try different settings, longer games, puzzles. I’m a newbie but it helped me taking the time to settle. I stopped playing blitz ages ago and now it’s much more manageable. Being new blitz was kind of the worst setting to start with. Play much better with longer games

I think it helps too to take a short break like 5 minutes in between games

by "makes me tilt worse," do you mean that you will then also tilt in puzzles, or that doing puzzles will make your live ratings tilt more?

ok, then you could do unrated puzzles and try to calculate until you feel like you're SURE of what the answer is

Okay. It’s just that, when I’m in a suboptimal mood, I just make bad moves. I feel like taking breaks is the best option.

I feel like everyone has already said this but I'll nail the point down even deeper: take breaks when you start tilting. Normally, playing more games won't help your rating because your tired (and probably angry) mind will have trouble processing the moves.
