time out win. how is that awarded?

A time out win is awarded when one player runs out of time. The player who still has time left on the clock wins. The only exception to this is when the player who has time on the clock does not have enough material on the board to checkmate the player with no time. When this occurs a draw by insufficient material is awarded. The only other way to win a game of chess is by checkmating your opponent. The score you are referring to is just the computer analysis score of how well you played your game (it has no bearing on who wins or loses).
