Too High A Rating

Hi

I joined a couple of years ago and have just recently come back to the site.

I have a rating of 1200 but cant remember how I got that. Did I choose it?

Anyway, I feel it is too high. Is is possible to have it lowered?

Just play some games and it will quickly get to where it should be
