How much time can someone hold up a tournament with vacation time.? I’ve been waiting 12days for my opponent to make a move in our first game. All other games in our division are complete.

If you click the info button in the game you can see. In this case your opponent has 12 days vacation time left. As a diamond member you yourself can also use vacation time. I think its 28 days you get, around that anyway. If you find it frustrating though be sure to check the rules of the tournaments you join - some allow vacation time, some do not.
