What does it mean if my black win rate is 5.5% points higher than white? (52.4% vs. 46.8%)

I just started playing on here as a newbie in March.  I only play rapid 15 + 10 and at this point have played over 1200+ games, I'm hooked!  I went from struggling to break 1000 and now up to 1200 rating and am regularly beating 1300.  I am happy with my progress thus far. 

After looking at my stats, I noticed that I am better playing black and that gap is large (at least I think).  What does this say about someone at my level?  Does it say anything at all?  I am trying to isolate my weaknesses and correct them and it seems that playing white for me puts me at a disadvantage.  Would love to get your thoughts.

Perhaps it means your defence is stronger than your offence.

(Playing as black usually requires greater emphasis on defence...or at least l think so)

This could only mean your opening choice with the white pieces don't give the type of middle game you like to play usually putting you in difficulty and your win rate with both pieces is pretty impressive.
