What does "Ratings Change Last 30 days" mean?

Hi I am new to chess and I want to learn something about the stats. BTW you can find the  "Ratings Change Last 30 days" in your stats and then under W/D/L.

It compares your rating to what it was 30 days earlier.

It's just how much your rating has changed in the given pool over 30 days.
