It looks like an analysis comment which can be turned off. It’s informing you that a better move was possible.

Hi all,.. im a noob, yes,.. but can someone explain to me, when i play against a bot, on the left side of the screen, appears like "Td3 is best" with a green dot with * on the left of it.. and beneath it another green dot with a * saying "Pb5 is best" .. what does that mean? cant find a explanation anywhere on this site... and i think it would be more clear if i could add a screenshot here.
