This is your last lost game:

You went for the Scholar's mate (questionable), your opponent defended it, and you threw your queen away for nothing. I don't know what to suggest, other than "don't throw your queen away for nothing".

Watch others play and think about what moves you would play, see why they moved it. Continually draw lines on the board noting both your and your opponents covered squares. Don’t force the win, work the process and principles and look for taking that extra piece. Trade up if you’re up and keep the pressure and tempo in your favour.

Since you’re playing rapid, scan the board to see if any of your pieces are hanging. And blunder check your moves. That’s it. Basically every game you’ve lost has been because you just don’t care about your material at all.

Also, learning responses to basic traps like scholars mate will help you, as I see you fell for it in one of your recent games (https://www.chess.com/live/game/122418990410).

I dont know, maybe stop reading and posting in forums and study chess instead?
