Based on your level of play? Beginner.
What Level lesson should i do?

ok, thanks
One of the hardest things people deal with when it comes to wanting to improve is being honest with themselves, and their ability.
1. be honest with yourself, and where you're at in your chess journey.
2. Play slow time controls. You are not going to improve playing fast, or playing fast time controls. How do you expect to improve when youre not giving yourself time to think?

I'm just a little confused about whether someone of my level should start with beginner, intermediate or advanced lessons.
Here are some other tips that might help you improve:

I am rated somewhat higher than you, and have been a member here for years. Where did I begin with the new lesson format? Level 1, lesson 1, beginner. It's fun and instructive, and you'll soon find yourself well beyond the basics. Then, after you've completed all the lessons, decide where you'd like to start from again (not 1/1) and do them all a second time.
