Why b5 is a blunder?

While 11... b5 is still winning for Black, 11... Nh5 is a much stronger move. The only way White's Queen can escape being trapped is by sacrificing a Knight. For instance, 11... Nh5 12. Qf3 (the only safe square available) Qg5+ 13. Nf4 (13. Kb1, Rd2 or Nd2 are all met with 13... Bg4) Nxf4.

You have the chance to trap the white queen!
Nh5 forces the white queen to move to f3. Now you have Qg5+ with the threat of Bg4, which would win the white queen.
White has one clever way of saving his queen, which involves sacrificing a knight to free up the e2 square. But that's still a free knight for you.
So that's why Nh5 is best.
