Bro I honestly have no idea but I did read loads of chess books for hours a day, but it was fun to read. (I’ve always been a reader)

then I try to apply or mimic games in my own games

Logical Chess: Move by Move (Irving Chernev)

Understanding the Chess Openings (Sam Collins)

The Art of Attack in Chess (some russian guy whose name I can't remember)

Attack with Mikhail Tal (still hard to do for me)

 

I used the second one to test out openings, and then I would buy books on them if I liked it.
