Sure, let's take a look at your most recent losses. I'm sure this is frustrating to revisit but hopefully you'll learn a few things.
The most common problem with ~1000 rapid is players moving WAY too fast. You started with 15 minutes and had more than 15 minutes when you played the weakening 19.Ne5, followed by 20. Nd3, blundering the devastating Qxf7. Strategically, you should avoid defending a key pawn like f7 by moving your knight to an undefended square. Re7 defends it much more robustly.
This is the 76 move game you mentioned. Here you did use your time better. 8. Nxe5 here is a mistake. Generally you should resolve when one of your pieces is under attack, unless the counter attack is both forcing and gives you a tempo back to finish resolving your under attack piece.
The engine hates trading queens. Wasn't immediately obvious to me, but when you look longer you see c4 both wins a tempo, but more importantly your queen is perfectly places while theirs is awkward. Queen trades are one of the most important decisions to spend a lot of time on. Don't be afraid to spend minutes when faced with a queen trade.
After the queen trade you continued to play quickly, but you needed either move 17 or 18 to save your bishop. Anytime you have a piece that deep behind enemy lines, get it out before they have chances to trap it.
9. h6 opens up a common and powerful sacrifice. Even more powerful with the g file open. Some more time spent here might encourage you to continue development instead. 12. Nf4 is a tragic blunder, you took the time but missed the backwards queen move. It happens, retreating moves are hard to see. You should make a mental note to specific look for backward moves, especially backward knight moves as they trip up even GMs.
Overall you use time better than most players around ~1000, but it's still a resource you're not using enough of. Try to play the early middle game more carefully, try to move pieces to defended squares when possible, retreating pieces back to safety before they get trapped, and making sure you do one last blunder check before playing moves, even (especially) after spending a lot of time calculating lines. Hope this helps, good luck!
