why is this a "mistake"?

I'm analyzing one of my games and i came across an interesting evaluation. In here it says 19. Nf4 is a mistake and it pull eval bar down too much, and the best move is playing my other knight 19. Ne5 and it pulls eval bar up almost to a winning position.
thing is i don't see any difference. can anyone see and wanna elaborate?
