Why my pawn on h7 cannot take the king on h5 (for his first move, the pawn can go up of two forward ?..) ? And, by the way : why i cannot move at all my pawn on f7 ?

That's not how pawns capture. I recommend you read the rules of chess.

1. That's your opponent's Queen on h5

2. Pawns capture one square diagonally, not in a straight line.

3. Your f7 pawn is blocking check and therefore can't be moved.

4. Your opponent is trying to play Bc4 - learn how to defend against "Wayward Queen" attacks.

Your f7 pawn might be superglued to the board - find a chisel somewhere and that should do the job.

Did u try to capture the white King on h5 with the Knight on g8? Knights move three fields straight and one to the side.
