The order you have them listed is appropriate. In fact, after completing Play Winning Chess and the first Tactics book, you can then profitably read portions of the other books at any point in your studies as you are motivated. That is, it is not essential to complete any one book prior to reading portions of the others. Seirawan's "Winning Chess..." series of books is an excellent chess course targeted to the beginner-intermediate audience. You have chosen well.
As for additional tactics books, there are several suggestions here.....I recommend to begin with "Bobby Fischer Teaches Chess"...
