Worst day so far

Today I just felt completely off for some reason. I played 12 games and only managed to win 3!! and draw another one. Unbelievable the level of tilt I had, missing mate in one, giving away pieces, even blundering the queen. I think the downfall started after the second match where I had an advantage of 4 points of material until I decided to be fair with my opponent and gave away my bishop... The eval bar went from +5 to 0. In my previous worst days I ended up 5-5

That's normal. Losing a lot can be because players tilt. I have big experience with tilting. It can also be that one is tired and still playing. Also on every new day you feel different mentally, you can't always be in perfect shape.

On some days I feel sharp, on other days I don't know what move to play.
